ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی پایداری زنجیره تأمین با رویکرد فراترکیب

چکیده
زنجیره‌های تأمین در سال‌های اخیر به‌ سرعت رشد یافته‌اند و تمرکز صرف بر عملکرد اقتصادی برای بهینه‌سازی هزینه‌ها یا بازگشت سرمایه نمی‌تواند متضمن توسعه یا پایداری در زنجیره تأمین گردد. از این رو مفاهیم مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز و مدیریت زنجیره تأمین پایدار به‌ منظور تأکید اهمیت نگرانی‌های اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی همراه با عوامل اقتصادی در برنامه‌ریزی زنجیره تأمین ظهور یافتند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تحلیل کیفی نتایج پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در حوزه زنجیره تأمین پایدار است. بدین منظور با به‌کارگیری روش فرا ترکیب تعداد ۳۱ مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در پژوهش حاضر 287 کد در نرم‌افزار MAXQDA10 ارجاعی شناسایی شد. در میان کدهای شناسایی‌شده، بازیافت و بازتولید محصول (۲۹ ارجاع)، تصویر و شهرت شرکت (۲۴ ارجاع)، ارزیابی عملکرد و انتخاب تأمین‌کننده (۲۲ ارجاع)، در زمره مهم‌ترین کدهای شناسایی‌شده بودند. ازجمله نوآوری‌های پژوهش حاضر شناسایی شاخص‌ها و ابعاد زنجیره تأمین پایدار با بهره‌گیری از روش پژوهش کیفی فرا ترکیب و نرم‌افزار مکس کیودا در حوزه زنجیره تأمین پایدار است. عدم دسترسی تمام متن به برخی از مقالات موردبررسی، کمبود منباع فارسی در حوزه زنجیره تأمین پایدار نیز ازجمله موانع بود.

Presenting a Model for Assessing of Supply Chain Sustainability with Meta Synthesis Approach

Abstract
Supply chains have grown rapidly in recent years and only focusing on economic performance for the optimization of costs or Investment return cannot lead to the development or sustainability in the supply chain. For this purpose, the concepts of green supply chain management and sustainable supply chain management emerged to highlight the importance of social and environmental concerns with economic factors on supply chain planning. This study to combine qualitative research conducted in the field of sustainable supply chain and examines 31 papers by using the meta-synthesis method. In the present study were identified 287 codes in Maxqda software. Among the extracted codes, Recovery and recycling of the product (29 hint), Image and reputation of the company (24 hint), Performance evaluation and supplier selection (22 hint), were as the most important detected codes. Including innovation of research to identify indicators of sustainable supply chain, using meta-synthesis qualitative research methods and Maxqda software in the field of sustainable supply chain. Lack of access to some articles full-text search is also one of the main problems of the research. Other obstacles in this research the lack of Persian source in the field of sustainable supply chain.
